① Make the egg wash – Add 2 eggs to 270 ml (1 cup and 1/3 cup) of milk or water and stir well to combine.

② Make the batter – Place 500g (1/2 sachet) of OTTOGI Hot Cake Mix in a batter bowl, pour in ① egg wash, and mix well with a whisk. (Add the right amount of milk or water to ensure a well-puffed hot cake).

③ Bake – Lightly oil a heated frying pan on low heat and wipe it clean, then ladle the batter from ② into the pan in rounded shapes and bake for about 3-4 minutes, flip when you see bubbly holes on the surface and bake for about 2-3 minutes more.

④ Finish – Once baked, serve your hotcakes with OTTOGI cake syrup to make them even more delicious.

How to make waffles
