Bibim Guksu(Spicy Noodle)

 7 oz OTTOGI HANDMADE WHEAT NOODLE
 5 oz Bean sprout
 1 oz Carrot
 3 oz Cucumber
 3 oz Cabbage
 8 tbsp OTTOGI RED PEPPER PASTE 'BIBIMJANG'
 1 tsp OTTOGI SESAME OIL

Boil the noodles for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.

Drain the water from the noodles and rinse with ice water. Place in a big bowl.

Boil the bean sprouts in salted water and drain.

Shred the vegetables and granish the noodles with the half cut boiled egg, boil bean sprouts, and vegetables on the noodles.

Add OTTOGI BIBIM SAUCE and OTTOGI SESAME OIL and mix well.
