Rinse the pork rib in cold water to drain the blood.
Marinate the pork rib with salt, OTTOGI COOKING WINE 'MIHYANG', BLACK PEPPER POWDER, OTTOGI SESAME OIL for 15 minutes.
Pan fry pork rib until gets brown.
Add water and the BLACK BEAN SAUCE MIX 'JJAJANG POWDER' and oil.
Add OTTOGI RICE SYRUIP and boil it down.
Place on a plate and sprinkle parsley.
