Curry & Tuna Croquette

 5.29 oz OTTOGI TUNA
 2 tbsp OTTOGI CURRY SAUCE MIX MILD
 OTTOGI BREAD CRUMBS 'PANKO' (as needed)
 OTTOGI FRYING MIX (as needed)
 OTTOGI SOYBEAN OIL (as needed)
 OTTOGI KETCHUP (as needed)
 2 Potatoes
 ½ Onion
  Carrot
 ¼ Broccoli
 2 Eggs

Boil and mash the potatoes and mince the onion and carrot.

Blanch the broccoli and mince it.

Remove the oil from OTTOGI TUNA and mince it.

Stir-fry the vegetables from step 1 in a pan with OTTOGI SOYBEAN OIL.

In a bowl, mix all the vegetables, OTTOGI TUNA, and CURRY SAUCE MIX.

Mold into preferred sizes and coat in the order of OTTOGI FRYING MIX, BREAD CRUMBS 'PANKO', then the egg.

Fry in OTTOGI SOYBEAN OIL at 300F for 5~6 minutes and serve with OTTOGI KETCHUP.
