1 OTTOGI SAGOL GOMTANG (BEEF BONE SOUP)
3 tbsp COOKING WINE 'MIHYANG'
2 tsp OTTOGI CORN SYRUP
½ tsp OTTOGI SESAME OIL
OTTOGI BLACK PEPPER POWDER
7.05 oz Short Ribs
10 Whole Black Pepper
1 Egg
½ Onion
Shredded Green Onion
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Minced Green Onion
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Sugar

Soak the short rib in cold water for 1 hour.

Cook the short rib with onion and whole black pepper in boiling water.

Spread the egg on a pan and cook it. Then shred the egg.

Marinate the cooked short rib in the sauce for 30 minutes.

Boil OTTOGI SAGOL GOMTANG and the marinaded short rib in a stone pot.

Add the shredded green onion and egg on top and serve.
