Ingredients
 3.50 oz OTTOGI CURRY SAUCE MIX MEDIUM
 5 oz Beef(pork or chicken)
 11 oz Onion
 7 oz Potato
 4 oz Carrot
 2 fl oz Cooking oil
 3 cups Water

Cube meat, onion, potato and carrot into a bite size and stir-fry with oil in a skillet.

Add 3 cups(700ml) of water and cook until tender.

You may add extra OTTOGI TURMERIC POWDER for your preference.

Put OTTOGI CURRY SAUCE MIX into the cook-pot slowly and stir with low heat.

Microwave cooked rice for 2minute and 30seconds and place on a large plate.

Pour the prepared sauce on the cooked rice.
