Jajang Rice

 3.53 oz OTTOGI BLACK BEAN SAUCE MIX 'JJAJANG POWDER'
 5 oz Beef(pork or chicken)
 11 oz Onion
 7 oz Potato
 3 oz Zucchini
 2 oz Carrot
 2 oz Minced garlic
 1.50 fl oz OTTOGI SOYBEAN OIL
 3 cups Water
 1 OTTOGI DELICIOUS COOKED WHITE RICE

Cut the meat, onion, zucchini, and carrot into cubes and stir-fry them with minced garlic and oil.

Put all stir-fried ingredients and water in a pot. Boil and simmer until cooked.

Add OTTOGI BLACK BEAN SAUCE MIX to the pot and stir well with low heat until tender.

Microwave cooked rice for 2 minutes and 30 seconds and place on a large plate.

Serve prepared 'Jja-Jang sauce' with the OTTOGI DELICIOUS COOKED WHITE RICE.
