In a bowl, mix the OTTOGI KIMCHI PANCAKE MIX powder mix with 200ml of water. After mixing well, add the OTTOGI KIMCHI PANCAKE MIX kimchi sauce and mix well.
If desired, add fillings of your choosing to the mixture.
Drizzle cooking oil on a non-stick pan and heat over medium-high heat. Place some of the mixture onto the pan and spread it thinly and evenly.
Cook for 2~3 minutes or until the bottom gets golden brown and crispy.
Flip it over and cook it until other side gets golden brown and crispy as well.
