Seafood and Green Onion Pancake

 1 cup Seafood(Shrimp, Squid, shellfish,etc.)
 1 OTTOGI KOREAN PANCAKE MIX or CRISPY & SAVORY GOLDEN PANCAKE MIX
 3 cups Water
 1 tbsp OTTOGI SOYBEAN OIL
 2 Green Onion

Rinse and chop seafoods and vegetables.

Knead 17.64oz.(500g) of Ottogi Korean pancake mix with 3.38 US cups(800ml) of cold water.

Add prepared seafoods and vegetables and mix well.

Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Using about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake, pour into skillet, spreading as thin as possible.

Cook pancakes until set and lightly browned, turning once, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
