 1 Onion
 1 Green Bell Pepper
 ½ Squid
 15 Cocktail Shrimp
 3.53 oz Ground Beef
 4 Dried Shiitake
 1.41 oz Carrot
 [Japchae Sauce]
 3 tbsp OTTOGI SESAME OIL
 1 tbsp OTTOGI ROASTED SESAME
  tsp OTTOGI BLACK PEPPER POWDER (CAN)
 5 tbsp Soy Sauce
 3 tbsp Sugar
 ½ tbsp Minced Garlic
  tsp Salt

Shred the onion, green bell pepper, and carrot.

Soak the dried shiitake and remove the stem before slicing it

Score the squid with a knife and cut the squid into 0.5cm thickness. Blanch the shrimp in boiling water.

Make Japchae sauce by mixing the listed ingredients set aside for the sauce.

Mix the ground beef and sliced shiitake with 2 tbsp of the Japchae sauce

Stir-fry the shreded vegetables in a pan with oil.

Cook OTTOGI KOREAN VERMICELLI in boiling water for 6 minutes.

Rinse the vermicelli with cold water, drain the water, and mix the vermicelli with the Japchae sauce.

Sitr-fry the vermicelli with the sauce on the pan without oil and mix it with all the other prepared ingredients.
