Soak OTTOGI DRIED SEAWEED in water for 5~10 minutes or until soft. Then drain the water and cut the seaweed into 2 inch pieces.
Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Add the seaweed, beef, OTTOGI SESAME OIL, and minced garlic and stir fry it for 3 minutes.
Pour 1,000ml of water into the stock and heat over high heat.
If desired, add soy sauce.
