Mix OTTOGI BUCKWHEAT SOBA DIPPING SAUCE and the water. Store in the fridge.

Grate the white radish, removing excess juice in the process.

Boil OTTOGI BUCKWHEAT NOODLES for 6 minutes. Then rinse them with cold water.
