Spicy Freshwater Snail Salad

 4 oz OTTOGI KOREAN VERMICELLI
 2 tbsp OTTOGI RED PEPPER PASTE 'BIBIMJANG'
 2 tbsp OTTOGI VINEGARED RED PEPPER PASTE
 1 tbsp OTTOGI SESAME OIL
 1 tbsp OTTOGI ROASTED SESAME
 Canned freshwater snail
 10 Water parsley
 5 oz Cucumber
 1 oz Carrot
 4 oz Onion
 10 Perilla leaf
 1 Green chili
 1 Red Chili

Boil and rinse the snail. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the cucumber, carrot, perilla leaves, green chili, and red chili.

Cut the water parsley into 2 inch long pieces.

Slice the onion and soak it into cold water.

Boil OTTOGI KOREAN VERMICELLI for 6 minutes and rinse with cold water.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the sauces.

Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle roasted sesame.
