Squid Jjambbong (Spicy Seafood Soup)

 1 OTTOGI SAGOL GOMTANG (BEEF BONE SOUP)
 2 tbsp OTTOGI CORN OIL
 ¾ cup Water
 1 Squid
 ½ Onion
 1.06 oz Green Onion
 1 Cheongyang Chili Pepper
 *a medium-sized chilli cultivar of the species Capsicum annuum, with intensity of 10,000 Scoville heat units.
 2 tbsp Powdered Red Pepper
 ½ tbsp Minced Garlic
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 Salt

(Preparation)
Slice the green onion, onion, and Cheongyang chili pepper and cut the squid into proper sizes.

Stir-fry garlic and powdered red pepper in a pan with OTTOGI CORN OIL at low heat.

Add the cut squid, green onion, and soy sauce into the pan and stir-fry at high heat.

Pour OTTOGI SAGOL GOMTANG into the pan and boil it for 4 minutes.

Add salt as desired and serve.
