 4 tbsp OTTOGI VERMONT GOLD CURRY SAUCE MIX MILD
 2 cups OTTOGI FRYING MIX
 OTTOGI CORN OIL (as needed)
  Carrot
 1 Onion
 1 Bell Pepper
 3 Shiitake Mushrooms
 1 Potato
 1.20 cups Water

Slice the carrot, onion, bell pepper, shiitake mushroom, and potato.
