Mix OTTOGI PANCAKE MIX, egg, milk, OTTOGI GOLD MAYONAISE in a bowl.
With a rice scooper, mix the sliced banana, crushed peanuts, and crushed almonds in a separate bowl.
Put some OTTOGI SOYBEAN OIL on a heated pan. Spread the oil with a kitchen towel and pour the mixture into 4in diameter circles.
Put the pancake on a dish and serve with maple syrup.
