 2 oz King Oyster mushroom
 3 oz Enoki mushroom
 3 oz Squash
 3 oz Onion
 3 oz Chives
 7 oz Tofu
 1 Red Pepper
 3 tbsp OTTOGI KOREAN SOY CHICKEN STEW SAUCE
 5 cups Water
 4 oz OTTOGI BAEKSE CURRY SAUCE MIX MEDIUM
 OTTOGI TURMERIC POWDER

Slice beef and dress with OTTOGI KOREAN SOY CHICKEN STEW SAUCE 3tbsp.

Slice King Oyster mushrooms, Enoki mushrooms, squash, onions, chives

Dice cut Tofu.

Dissolve OTTOGI BAEKSE CURRY SAUCE MIX in water and boil.

In a pot, place the sliced vegetables on the bottom. Then add the tofu and beef on top.

Pour the heated curry into the pot and boil until the beef is fully cooked.
