Mix the water and OTTOGI KATSUOBUSHI SOY SAUCE and store the mixture in the fridge.
Grind radish and drain the juice from it.
Cook OTTOGI BUCKWHEAT NOODLE in boiling water for 6 minutes and rinse with cold water.
Prepare the sauce in a bowl and serve it on the side with the noodles.
*If desired, add the ground radish and OTTOGI PREPARED WASABI with the sauce.
